I wish I could put 0 stars!!!!! Management is petty and ridiculous. I hope you don't have pets or a disability because they put you through so much to get accommodations. A joke!!! Im buying and 6 months in and am being treated like a renter. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Get everything in writing. Once you're in everything changes. Lot rent fluctuations are ridiculous. They are beautiful and new at the back, but everything that glitters is not gold!! I love my home, but can't wait to sell and get out!!!!!
I live here. Have for the past 3 years, we loved it when we moved in. Yes we love it still but things aren't the same in the community anymore. Our beautiful pond is now a jungle that no one seems to want to fix for us(the community or the city). Our kids and us adults use to fish there all year around and we no longer have this. Now there's a whole new thing about registering with a Tow Company so our cars aren't towed, this is ridiculous in my opinion. Before this, the office had another company come through on the weekend... read more
