Great neighborhood! The nights are peaceful with little to no drive-thru traffic. A little more traffic on weekends or holidays could use some speed bumps or slow-down signs for more cautionary measurements. Houses are spacious and up-to-date. Lawn care is even provided. No swimming pools, trampolines, or play equipment. A lot of loose dogs around. Recently under new owners.
