Great neighborhood! The nights are peaceful with little to no drive-thru traffic. A little more traffic on weekends or holidays could use some speed bumps or slow-down signs for more cautionary measurements. Houses are spacious and up-to-date. Lawn care is even provided. No swimming pools, trampolines, or play equipment. A lot of loose dogs around. Recently under new owners.
I am so grateful to be able to move in here. Rent is reasonable for what you’re getting and it’s not complete slum. Latasha was upfront and Honest and very personable which I like. She worked With me and kept mw updated throughout the whole Process. The place is pretty nice also and wasn’t dirty or had any bugs. Thank you !!!
