First time homeowner---all I can say is I regret buying my house thru Meritage. What I thought was going to be a happy experience turned into a nightmare. Every one who has bought here was never told there would be no street lighting installed... This is a so called blackout community!! This came directly from the building manager James.... The agents who sell here who work for Meritage failed to tell anyone that!!! They never stated that our front yard plants that are on timers are only warrantied for 3 months.
