A good Place to Live – I've lived here for about 18 months. Before I rented the reviews were kinda scary: "manager is an inconsiderate tramp, noisy parties", etc. There apparently is a new management company - since I've been here it's been fine. My place is a touch run down (needs new carpet and a little paint) but certainly is acceptable, especially for 695/month in Roseville. It's roomy, clean, heats and cools cheaply.
