I have lived here for over a year now and I really enjoy my home. The park is always quiet and kept clean. The management is wonderful. I do get a bit discouraged when I own my trailer and can’t put up a fence so my dog can roam freely. When I take a look around EVERYONE else has one. The lot rent increase every year is another issue. I feel these places should be capped off at some point. But all in all it’s a really nice place to live and I have never had any issues.
If you are in a wheelchair, this is not the place for you. The sidewalks are only 22 inches wide which does not accommodate an electric chair. The way to get on the sidewalks is way too steep for a chair to even get onto the sidewalk. Not to mention that the sidewalk seems to always have cars parked on them so even if you could get the chair up onto the sidewalk you would have to risk life and limb to get off said sidewalk.
