We’ve loved working with KaTeisha at Quail Ridge. She was super helpful and courteous. We are happy and excited to be new homeowners here. :)
Ka Teisha is one of the nicest and understanding manager I have met. She is very understanding and will work with you unlike the last manager that we had. She makes the park a great place to live. I do have some issues but that happens with everyplace you live at. For those without mobility issues, I would recommend living here. If you have mobility issues however, I recommend going elsewhere. Oh sorry for the posting with my online name. I'm at lot 142.
Lived here for 8 years, and all I have to say is that you will regret moving here. The management told our neighbors to watch our house, saying that my mom's boyfriend is abusing her. Which is not true at all.
I have lived here for over a year now and I really enjoy my home. The park is always quiet and kept clean. The management is wonderful. I do get a bit discouraged when I own my trailer and can’t put up a fence so my dog can roam freely. When I take a look around EVERYONE else has one. The lot rent increase every year is another issue. I feel these places should be capped off at some point. But all in all it’s a really nice place to live and I have never had any issues.
