If you are in a wheelchair, this is not the place for you. The sidewalks are only 22 inches wide which does not accommodate an electric chair. The way to get on the sidewalks is way too steep for a chair to even get onto the sidewalk. Not to mention that the sidewalk seems to always have cars parked on them so even if you could get the chair up onto the sidewalk you would have to risk life and limb to get off said sidewalk. I stand corrected from previous reviews I left. The office staff is amazing. Shout out to Kateisha a very hard working property manager who is dedicated to her job and always on point. Always doing functions for the kids. Friendly and easy to deal with. Family oriented and understanding. Maintenance is on point and always moving to the next task. Corbin and t son. I no longer recommend Quail Ridge to anyone who is looking for an affordable home. In the beginning they were nice and answered all of our questions and we thought that we made a good purchase. This is the end of the good review. To let you know as a warning, internet options here stink. NO FIBER INTERNET HERE! Was told after the fact that no fiber internet since the park refused to have it installed.
