Buying a house through D. R. Horton in Quail Ranch was the most easiest decision we ever made! Trying to buy an older home here in San Tan Valley with the interest rates so high has been hard to find. But not with D. R. Horton, having them buy down the points, it let us into a big brand new house and a low mortgage! The Quality is amazing and the homes are absolutely beautiful. The sales people, Jon and Jeff are not pushy at all, and very friendly and helpful.. I would recommend anyone to Buy a house from them.
