The people in the office are extremely rude, if you schedule appointments with them they forget we had a scheduled appointment with them as I request a day off work to be here and they no call no show I don’t get paid if I don’t work, then they blame other people for there not showing up! Just be careful!

Just completed the one-year review and what seemed overwhelming, Christine made it very simple. I always got a timely response from her. She scheduled all needed repairs and followed up with the vendors if something was missed. She’s very nice and guided us through the entire process.
