Buying my new house was one of the best experiences I’ve ever ever had. A special thank you to John, Jeff and Sandy, and all of those that were a part of this entire process. Just when I thought that I couldn’t move forward with getting the home. I was proved wrong. This crew was very uplifting encouraging and amazing. I highly recommend these wonderful people to help you get into the home of your dreams. Thank you again from the Morales family.

The degree to which John Ashton worked with my partner and I on such a tight time crunch, and the level of support we've received since is immeasurable. I never imagined as a millennial Army vet that I'd actually end up with a home this spectacular, and in a neighborhood this comfortable. Infinite thanks to John Ashton, Jesse, and everyone on the D. R. Horton team for making the impossible feel so possible, and for having everything put together in a way that made it feel seemless to boot.

Jeff was ON TOP of it. He responded to every question so promptly, and always has a smile on his face. If he didn’t have the answer to my question, he quickly found it. My real estate agent was equally impressed with him. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work.

Jeff Collins was fantastic to work with. I represented my daughter as the buyer in this transaction. I have been a Realtor for 20 years and this by far was the best experience I have had with any new build. Jeff answered every text promptly even if he was not working that day. Communication was excellent, and I felt he was genuinely excited to help my daughter purchase a home.

Jeff was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything or had questions. He has such great energy and was incredibly kind and easy to work with. He made the whole experience so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated all of his help. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales representative and would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone!
