Dr. Andrea and the office staff are very kind and compassionate. To me that is everything not to mention accurate diagnosis for whatever the ailment might be. They will take great care of your pets! Thank you Dr. Andrea!
Dr Hernandez has been our greyhounds’ primary veterinarian for a year and a half so far. In that time, we have gotten to know her and her staff. They are a compassionate group, and they have treated our girls with knowledge, kindness, and skill. They are gentle when handling our girls, and they always make me smile. I am glad to know every member of the staff. Each caregiver from reception to tech and veterinarian makes me feel like a valued client and a member of their family.
I've been bring my children ( Samson and snickers) to Quail Meadow for close to 5 years now. The staff is accommodating and compassionate. Dr. Hernandez takes the time to explain, sometimes twice 😊 the treatment plans and expected outcomes. I drive nearly 2 hours away because my kids know and love the staff there, and it’s obvious the staff are animal lovers through and through. I always recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for exceptional care.
Horrible customer service over priced NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU!!! Shady place would not recommend!!
Dr andrea and her staff alongside with their kitties welcomed me and my cat to their clinic. They were super nice to meow and treated him with care. I was and still happy i found a place near my home. We will return :) Thank you!
