The neighbor's are nosey and their kid's won't stay out of my yard all hours of the night . Pre adult kid's stealing and hanging around not what I call 55+ too dark at night and angry people!
Water always gets shut off. Pool should be open AL year, yet it was closed for months in the winter. They over-charge for pool keys if they get lost. I've had plenty of payment issues.
