Jon Girod is an excellent salesman but not a good builder. He is very nice and is very convincing and we are guilty of drinking the Kool-Aid. We felt we were not given what was expected and made no apologies for it. Very disappointed, awful, discussed, terrible, horrible, irresponsible, unapologetic are just a few of the things we have felt dealing with this builder. Building a custom home with Quail was a pleasure, as everyone involved took great care to ensure our plans came to life. They were communicative, efficient and delivered under budget. Given our high satisfaction, we are happy to recommend.

In 2019 my wife & I began our search for a Clark County builder for a custom ‘downsized’ retirement home. Quail Homes & Jon Girod’s build team checked all the right boxes to meet our needs.
