I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and to formally request a refund of the application fees I paid for an apartment unit at your property. My application process has been marked by a complete lack of professionalism, consistent miscommunication, and system failures that have ultimately wasted my time and money. Online pictures ARE deceiving....I WOULD NOT recommend living in this apartment complex if you value your health, wellness, and sanity! Consequently, if I could give this review platform a zero I would. Recently, my elderly mother in law downsized and the Quail Hollow Apartment Complex appeared to be the perfect place for the value. New management team did a fantastic job addressing my concerns. Actually returned my call and office manager promptly attended to my repair needs. Had small structural flooding issue that this maintenance supervisor quickly came up with a genuis solution that has been giving me problems for years. Word of mouth is spreading among us residents that this team of managers are the real deal. What we have been lacking for the 5 years I have been staying here. Awesome job and I don't impress easily.
I'm going to be completely real, I haven't even gone inside yet and my experince is going down as we speak. We were schedualed for check in on the 1st , and then it was rescheduled to the 11th; that's fine cool. Next our apartment is moved to a different one. Today , we try to check in and suddenly the office is closed? And we can't move into the apartment because it's not "finished". Supposedly we've been moved back to our original apartment number?? And we cant actually sign the lease till 4?? What could possibly be happen... read more
Replace the whole office team. I don’t even understand why they have an office. They don’t answer the phone, and they sit in the office with the door lock and a time they will open all day. Dawn at the front desk constantly says she going to do something and pass messages to the manager and never does. She write your info in a notebook and never return back to it.
