One of the biggest positives is Mariann. She does her BEST to make each resident and household feel loved, appreciated, and cared for. She is definitely a “momma bear” at heart to all the children when they come home from school. I can tell she genuinely cares about the families who live here. Dawn also does her best to help however she can. Ray and Corey also do a great job with maintenance. They do their best to take care of issues and are good about responding to maintenance requests within a reasonable amount of time. I ... read more

Come to Quail Hollow if you enjoy living with bugs and the Office staff not doing anything to attempt to remedy the situation except send pest control 1 time every three months and expect the issue to go away. Oh can't forget to add they try to make it your fault you have bugs like we went out and bought German roaches and let them out just for giggles. They did send an exterminator for a clean out treatment once. It only helped for a week. No follow-ups. And after bringing a 14 day notice to remedy the problem they came in ... read more

Hold up now i have only been waiting for my air to be fixed for a week i was told the following Wednesday its going on the next Wednesday that makes it two weeks no one has responded to my emails and when you cal the front office it says wildwood huhhh.......................................................................................My rental people better than yours , they had a pool party Friday may 22nd memorial weekend yesssss
