The Leasing Office staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I have now had multiple instances of being charged erroneous fees for supposedly not having Renter’s Insurance, when I have had policies which covered my entire stay here. The first time occurred just after moving in, when I received my first billing statement. There was a fee for not having the insurance, although I did have it and sent them proof weeks earlier. Living at Quail Hollow Apartments has honestly been a really good experience for me. The staff? Top tier. They’re not just professional—they’re kind, patient, and actually care. Anytime I’ve needed something, they respond quickly and don’t make you feel like just another tenant. Now yes, the property has some age to it—but you can clearly see the effort. I had a very disappointing experience with which led me to submit an application and pay the $150 fee. However, when I followed up, she admitted she had not even reviewed my application until late in the day. After briefly checking, she told me I was denied but could not provide any clear explanation, which was both confusing and upsetting. The lack of communication and professionalism stood out the most.
