Highly wouldn’t recommend. You will be shown a nice prop apartment during your tour. Request to see an actually apartment and you will see what you’re actually paying for. Don’t spend extra money on an updated apartment they are all the same. Dawn is new so still confused but tries to help. As in the manager mariana it’s like taking to a brick wall. Same excuse for every problem. She do too much talking and not listening to the residents of Quail Hallow.
The managers here are the absolute best and maintenance. They always met my needs and answer all my questions for me. These managers go above and beyond especially the property manager Mariann. Love this place
Been here almost 2 years while yes it has its issues the staff has been great at getting them resolved
Marianne and Dawn were so helpful throughout the application process. The apartment is beautiful with the exception of a few minor issue but Ray and Brook corrected everything immediately!
