I often walked past this beautiful building that was once a Livermore hospital on my weekend walks, not knowing that one day we would have my dad occupying a room here while he was on hospice care. In dad's short time here, he and our family became a part of the Quail family. Alicia and her incredibly caring staff took such wonderful care of dad, working closely with hospice and keeping in contact with us at all times. My father was a resident of Quail Garden for some time. The caregivers and owner, Alicia took excellent care of my Dad. They take the time to make homemade meals and make it a home environment. There are lovely areas to sit outside and enjoy the garden. They make sure there are activities and other forms of entertainment as well. I would recommend taking your loved one here.
There is no place on earth I would recommend more highly to provide quality of life, care, companionship and nourishment, (both dietary and spiritual) to those who need it as they become elderly. Our family had an incredibly positive experience with everyone at Quail, and all the families we know here feel the same. My Mom and Dad moved into Quail Gardens at 96 years old. This was the best decision we made. It was no longer safe for them to be in their home and they needed full time care! The facility felt like a home and the staff and owner treated us like family. My parents received the best care in a loving and warm environment. It was truly the best decision we made for them.
