Yay!! Finally a friendly and professional front line office staff! It has always been a positive experience with Dr. Cunningham, but having to deal with the gals upfront the last time I was here (1.5 years ago), was such a negative experience. Now they have employees who greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable and friendly! Shout out to Toni and Valerie!! Keep up the good work and thank you for your kindness!

Dr.Stroud was great, he’s the only reason I would go back here. The rest of the staff was useless throughout the process. We called the office and asked for more information regarding the surgery; recovery time, pricing, medications, anesthesia, and if the surgery will even work. We were told, “speak with Nurse #1, but they’re on lunch, they’ll call you back.” They did not. Next day, we called again “Nurse #1 is busy, they’ll call you back.” They did not.
