We were trying to get an appointment with your center today, August 25, for our 5yo who has an allergy problem, and a lady there did put us down for the next Monday. Then, we had questions and tried to call again, and another lady who claimed she was the only one legit receptionist to take appointments, declined us, and was very rude to us, and she said the previous lady had nothing to do with that. I brought my grandmother here for an appt and we had a TERRIBLE expirence, The receptionist was so rude and we waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room then got put in the room and waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in for 10 minutes and said there was nothing he could do to help my grandmother. The ONLY person that was nice in that entire building was the nurse that walked us into our room and during the time we were waiting the office staff was talking bad about patients using there full names, im pretty sur... read more
