I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Fichandler for the excellent care he provided to my daughter. She is only 3 y/o and I was scared of her having surgery, but from the very beginning, he took the time to clearly explain the procedure, making sure we understood every step and felt comfortable moving forward. Yay!! Finally a friendly and professional front line office staff! It has always been a positive experience with Dr. Cunningham, but having to deal with the gals upfront the last time I was here (1.5 years ago), was such a negative experience. Now they have employees who greet you with a smile and are very knowledgeable and friendly! Shout out to Toni and Valerie!! Keep up the good work and thank you for your kindness!
