Dr.Stroud was great, he’s the only reason I would go back here. The rest of the staff was useless throughout the process. We called the office and asked for more information regarding the surgery; recovery time, pricing, medications, anesthesia, and if the surgery will even work. We were told, “speak with Nurse #1, but they’re on lunch, they’ll call you back.” They did not. Next day, we called again “Nurse #1 is busy, they’ll call you back.” They did not. I’m not even a patient, I just so happen to have to drop off an delivery to the front desk and let me say the lady working the front was very Unprofessional. — first off, VERY unprofessional and disgusting to be SMACKING on your gum and chewing on it like you’re a cow eating cud. Especially when on the phone to a patient. Then to have the audacity to get rude with me cause all im doing is standing off to the side trying to contact my customer to let her know I was there with her order. I was in the office a few weeks for the first time for a hearing test. Before I get into the reason for my 1 star review, I’d like to say the ladies in the front were kind, the waiting area is nice and clean. My disappointment comes from Marleigh who performed my hearing test, she’s extremely rude and aggressive when inserting & removing the ear pieces.
