They haven’t had an audiology department for over a month now-so my non functioning hearing aid will continue to be broken! The hearing aid company won’t talk to me! They say ONLY THE SELLING DR OFFICE can assist in getting any needed assistance. What upsets me is that this office doesn’t offer any help, assistance, or support. The manufacturing warranty is out. The unit stopped functioning when an update was initiated by the app. So much for standing by the products that you sell.
Very kind staff and a beautiful office. I haven't personally experienced care from the medical staff, but my husband has and is. They are the first ENT that finally helped my husband find answers to his intense sinus pain and pressure along with severe allergies.
Dr. Cunningham is the best! He cares for his patients and treats them with respect. He always discusses plan options and let's the patient have a voice, no pun intended!
Not the place to go if you have any acute issues that need care & treatment right away! They have a house full of doctors but won’t allow treatment by others when your “assigned” doctor can’t see you for 2 weeks. That’s not how it should work.
