I live in another state and work two jobs. Twice now I've scheduled appointments weeks in advance, and with careful planning, taken off of work on those specific days to drive down there for appointments and twice now they've cancelled stating the doctor will not be in the office. This has caused my care to be pushed back by more than a month. When I do receive care, it's good care, but good luck on getting an appointment to be honored here.

My mother was referred for examination to Dr. Fechandler. Without an explanation he refused to see her. It's poor business to refuse to see someone without at least saying we aren't taking new patients. At this point, I wouldn't want to be a patient at Quail Creek ENT.

My mother has been dizzy since early March. She was referred to Craig Fichandler and he refused to see her, declining her referral by her PCP. Her cardiologist also referred her to see an ENT. I called and was told I was unlikely to get a call back. He offered to reason and no information as to what we could do now. I guess, as far as he goes a concerned, she can just stay dizzy. No other doctors here would look at her referral since it was declined by Dr. Fichandler. I plan to make a report to the state medical board. I am ... read more

**Editing to change my review. We’ve seen Dr. Stroud a few times over the last 2 years and with each visit, he got more hateful. My 5-year-old daughter is autistic and needs a bit more patience and he was so hateful and condescending to us, I cried the whole way home. I’m an RN who has worked around doctors for years and I’ve never had anyone come close to being that disrespectful and flat mean.
