I’m not even a patient, I just so happen to have to drop off an delivery to the front desk and let me say the lady working the front was very Unprofessional. — first off, VERY unprofessional and disgusting to be SMACKING on your gum and chewing on it like you’re a cow eating cud. I was in the office a few weeks for the first time for a hearing test. Before I get into the reason for my 1 star review, I’d like to say the ladies in the front were kind, the waiting area is nice and clean. My disappointment comes from Marleigh who performed my hearing test, she’s extremely rude and aggressive when inserting & removing the ear pieces. **Editing to change my review. We’ve seen Dr. Stroud a few times over the last 2 years and with each visit, he got more hateful. My 5-year-old daughter is autistic and needs a bit more patience and he was so hateful and condescending to us, I cried the whole way home. I’m an RN who has worked around doctors for years and I’ve never had anyone come close to being that disrespectful and flat mean. This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The audiologist, Marlee, was extremely rough and dismissive of my concerns. During the pressure test, she shoved the device deep into my ear, which was very painful given how sensitive my ears are. When I flinched, she acted frustrated with me, as if I was the problem. On the other ear, despite me asking her to be gentle, she repeated the same thing and pushed so far in that the device got stuck.
