My fiance and I called Quail construction to get estimate on shower remodel. Had date and time scheduled for someone to come out. Fiance even called on the day of to confirm someone was coming out and the gal who answered phone did confirm someone would be at our house. After waiting for hours, no one ever showed up or even called. He called the next day to see what happened. Wow, top notch service with this fully capable company. They can do anything you need done, all with amazing customer service and communication. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
Drove 3.25 hours to meet with the owner for a quote that was seven weeks ago. he said the quote would take two weeks. I have called several times only the first call did I get anyone to answer and she told me two weeks was not realistic and he would get back to me as soon as possible called two more times left messages and got no response . Horrible service
I felt so valued in general by having the owner show up for not only the initial estimate on project but he oversaw everything through as well. It is so refreshing to see a company that values its staff and that reflects in the work that is done. The workers always show up with what is needed and have orders placed and picked up in a timely manner.
