Our first visit, and early on a Sunday evening, and we chose the three course dinner option, a fixed menu with several selections for each course so something for everyone. We chose Soup, Roast Beef Dinner and Sticky Toffee Pudding and well it beat all expectations for each course, all were delicious, delivered hot and were good portion size, coupled with great service, we will be returning whe we return to the county. Wow. My sincere compliments to the chef and the entire staff. We had the most delicious meal. It would appear the menu also rotates often. We shared the Vegetarian Bygotto and the Sheppards Pie. Not shown was the amazing Tomato Chili Soup. Portions sizes are large (no room for desert). Hope you all get a chance to try this authentic Scottish restaurant!
The food was far from fresh, and it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Not what I expected.
Popped in Thursday, without reservation, for a quick dinner. Jeff was attentive to our requests and served us with flair. The food was superb, the atmosphere amazing. I enjoyed a delicious seafood pie and an amazing coffee along with my Sticky Pudding. We'll be back when we are next in the area.
The place wasn't very clean, which made me hesitant to enjoy my food properly.
