Very pleasant atmosphere and staff! Went for Sunday lunch, so the only options were Sunday brunch or Sunday roast. Looking forward to going back, and trying out the rest of their menu. Highly recommend
This was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. The lamb shank was beautiful and tender in a delightful sauce with perfectly cooked carrots and mashed potatoes. The venison burger was an unexpected treat that was cooked perfectly, was rich and flavourful. The fish and chips were generous, with an excellent crispy batter. The chips are rustic, crisp and went well with the burger and the fish. The creamy coleslaw was a great accompaniment. We didn't go wrong with the millionaire cheese cake. the food was unbelievably delicious with incredible presentation! great service and atmosphere.. my husband is from Scotland and we were all impressed. would definitely go again when in the area.
