THIS IS THE WORST FREAKING WATER COMPANY!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I COULDNT GET THEM NEGATIVE STARS! THEY TURNED MY WATER OFF LAST FRIDAY AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY 171. SO I DID ON SATURDAY IT IS NOW MONDAY AND GUESS WHAT?! NO WATER!!!! I HAD CALLED THEM SINCW 8 THIS MORNING AND NO ONE ANSWERED EXCEPT THE AFTER HOURS AT 9:20AM. SO I CAME BACK FROM HOME AND STILL NO WATER, CALLED THEM AGAIN AND. OW THEY ARE CHARGING ME AN EXTRA $100. SO FOR 1 MONTH THE TOTAL IS $271 AND ITS JUST MY 8YR OLD SON AND I. This is a wonderful company. All the fees and taxes that are collected by the water company ...they don't keep get that money! Quadvest is fighting to stop these huge extra costs that are added to our water bills.
I just don't like their customer service and the rates on water.. Compare to others this one is the highest ever.
I've been dealing with orange looking water for 5 day's now. My kids are scared to take showers. I've called and complain over and over again.
Quadvest steals from hardworking families who require water to live. They add on unnecessary fees such as a pass-thru fee, tariffs (which by the way were protested by the community to no avail, but Quadvest's pockets run deeper) and expensive water rates. Two adults without kids, who are out of the house all day, in a small 3 bedroom house will run you $140/mo. Think twice before moving into a house that is serviced by Quadvest.
