Terrible first impression. Called to inquire about hiring the firm, called and got a receptionist. I said "hello, how are you doing today" and the kid on the other end didn't know how to respond?! after several seconds of silence, my asking "are you still there", he eventually said, "what is this regarding". I proceeded to state my business, and also left him with some advice on general customer service and greetings.
