Avoid if possible! -Staff is nasty, unhelpful and dismissive (i.e. responding "you will have to call 'someone' to get an answer to that." when there is only one Quadrangle phone number and nobody else to call) -Unresponsive by email so have to call and deal with said nasty people -Maintenance people have entered my apartment unannounced while I am not there -AC was not functional the entire year -Washer/dryer are so loud that the floor above and below shake and neighbors complain. The administration and maintenance is very responsive. They are very quick in responding to emergencies. I stayed at quadrangle housing for over 5 years and I have always had great experience with their staff. Special shoutout to Steve, the on call maintenance guy.

To be a leasing office that helps WashU students, this place sucks. The people are rude, they are not professional, don't care, or help you when you need it. I called a few times, and they hung up the phone and provided no help on where and when we can reach someone. Honestly, who is hiring these people? It seems as if they were picked up and hired off the street.

It is almost impossible to reach them regarding leasing. They never reply to emails, and most of the time they don't answer the phone. How am I supposed to rent a place as an international student who is currently abroad? I am very disappointed. Another problem is that you cannot see the rent for unavailable units on the website, even though those units may become available weeks later. If I cannot see the market price, how am I supposed to know whether the unit is suitable for me? Additionally, information about utilities, ... read more
