Terrible company with a terrible attitude. They have completely ripped my father off. They quoted a couple of hours work to change a steering helm and cable on a small rib, so total price would be a couple of hours labour plus parts. Ended up charging £1200!!!! When the price was queried, they said the price has doubled as it took 12 hours labour rather than the couple of hours promised. The first thing to say to that is, if it’s going to take that long, they should’ve called first to get authorisation to carry out the work.... read more
