We are a mobile RV company. We had a customer that had these jacks on his unit. We spent more than 15 hours in labor trying to diagnose the issue with the BigFoot technicians and spent over $1300 in parts only to find no resolution. They also offer no alternative or refund options that make sense for the customer to pay for. Very disappointed in the customer service and technicians for how this was handled.
Dear Big Foot, We bought a 2018 Nexus RV. The jacks were Bigfoot. We have had three failures due to no operating power, reset and clear faults, jacks partially retracted etc. we have paid a bundle to keep them working. This is ridiculous. It makes an enjoyable trip ugly. I believe your engineering needs to be refined to fix these common problems. 1. Pull screws out of dash to reset faults…. Why not an off/on switch. 2. Bought a Bigfoot Hydraulic tongue jack for my trailer. The triangular mounting foot on the jack was opposite the configuration on all trailers with a triangular mounting configuration. Quadra’s resolve was to mount the jack backwards and remount the box. In order to mount with the box facing forward, I had to have a plate custom fabricated to fit on the tongue.
