Built the building I live in over 10 years ago, along with Reddale Homes. I was struggling to find a replacement door knob (long after any warranty would have been active). I called asking who the supplier was, but THEY HAD STOCK, and gave me TWO of them!! This is what true service is all about. All these years later, still a well built home that we love.
Very professional. The doors are good.
All your door handles will fall off within two years. The floorboards are cheap, you drop something and you’ll be left with holes, and the building has ants. Your half a grand monthly strata fees will not be put toward the ant problem either, you have to pay out of pocket. The garbage rooms have rats. Poor workmanship overall done by their contractor: Peak. They don’t give a shhh about customer service once the limitation period is up. Purchased a home built by Quadra Homes at Yorkson Park and within 2 years the bathroom rough in plumbing diverter was leaking. It is supposed to be covered in the 2-year warranty, and they denied fixing it. They said they knocked on the door once and no one is home, and warranty is no longer valid. Even though they never made an appointment. They do not stand behind their workmanship or service.
