I was excited to go to this clinic. I went in with a cough and was taken back. Maybe it was a bad day, I don't know. I was polite and the moment the nurse came and got me, I felt like I was bothering her. At that point I thought ok maybe she is just in a bad mood and I left it as that! She left and the Dr. came and that same feeling like she didn't have time to listen to how I felt. I know my body. They had no bed side manners. They made me feeling like I should have not came. Why aren't all doctor's offices like this one?I'm in my mid 60s and have been to a few, but this facility, the whole staff and especially Lauren Gertz PA and her nurse are second to none! Well done
