This place charges insane rates. My monthly apt electricity bill was $900 and one of my heaters wasn’t even on. How is that even possible?!?! Total scam
Our experience with Quadlogic billing has been frustrating. We were billed over $780 for a single month for a two-bedroom apartment without a clear or verifiable breakdown of the usage. The bills appear to reset the meter reading to zero each month, which makes it impossible to verify the actual usage and breaks the continuity of the meter history.
Dealt with this fraudulent company for 2 years and knew they were sketchy from my very first billing. I moved out of an apartment three months ago and they sent me a bill for an apartment I lived in for half a month and it was $120. Their readings make no sense and anytime I try to get in contact with them I never get any answers. I have to now pay $450 in bills for the last few months I lived in that space in which I was barely home. Received a bill for $1500, been trying to get this billing error fixed for weeks now. NYC Govt needs to step in and investigate.
Keeps sending me estimated bill since June when I moved into my apartment, I have called several times for this to be resolved, I was told they cannot do nothing, every month my electric bill moves up, 100 dollar for for just 15 days of service, 200 plus for the month and now 400 dollars this is high way robbery and I shouldn’t have to be going through this and I have yet to get a resolution from these people
