This company has been fraudulently over-billing for years. Their "sub meters" are crap. I live in a 430 square foot apt in a new building in Williamsburg. I've consistently paid $150-240 in electricity. It doesn't matter that I only run the a/c at night or if I'm out of town for 2 weeks. My neighbor pays $500-700 a month for the pleasure of running a/c 24/7. I pay more in electricity than any of my friends (who live in Manhattan and Brooklyn). They never answer the phone or emails.. Quadlogic stopped billing me for several months and I never heard back when I tried to reach out. They sent 3 invoices in one envelope for the missing months and now I owe an outrageous amount of money to them.. Quadlogic SUCKS. The great reviews they have really seem fake when you read them.. too professional and vague.

Beware, fraudulent billing practices. I have no access to submeter data, yet I have to pay whatever number they invent? How is this even legal? I'm starting a complaint with DPS. Terrible customer service as well. Their pay system is malfunctioning, I've asked multiple times for a solution and no answer.

This third party Electric company needs to be investigated for illegal billing practices! They also falsely back date electric charges because they have poor financial billing cycles. 556 Bergen Avenue and 600 Bergen Avenue Bronx, NY 10455 tenants are being subjected to false billing statements due to poor billing cycle adequate readings of Quadlogic Company. Fraudulent electrical breakdowns!
