I’m very upset and confused. This is my very first apartment and at first the bill wasn’t high $200 the most at time which was understandable cause I knew exactly what I was doing during those time period. I have received an email stating that the utility bills will have a percentage of a spike. I didn’t know that the spike will go up to $500-$600. I am in my home cold for two months and did not use the heating that’s in my apartment due to the email that I received so I receive a utility bill that’s $646 is outrageous. Some... read more

Fraudulent company, I rarely use anything in my apartment and my bills are constantly $150+ a month. They are impossible to get a hold of. I used to live in a 3 bedroom apartment in Harlem and my electricity bill was nowhere near what these exorbitant amounts are with QuadLogic for a one bedroom.

This must be a fraud company, charging me $200 per month for a 400sqt apartment during 2024, but during 2021-2023, the average bill is only $60. In 2021 JUNE to AUGUST, I left the apartment for vacation and did not use anything, the bill is $130 per month. Insane, Scam!!!
