Dealt with this fraudulent company for 2 years and knew they were sketchy from my very first billing. I moved out of an apartment three months ago and they sent me a bill for an apartment I lived in for half a month and it was $120. Their readings make no sense and anytime I try to get in contact with them I never get any answers. Received a bill for $1500, been trying to get this billing error fixed for weeks now. NYC Govt needs to step in and investigate.
Keeps sending me estimated bill since June when I moved into my apartment, I have called several times for this to be resolved, I was told they cannot do nothing, every month my electric bill moves up, 100 dollar for for just 15 days of service, 200 plus for the month and now 400 dollars this is high way robbery and I shouldn’t have to be going through this and I have yet to get a resolution from these people
The worst. They don't bill you every month as supposed for months and then bill you every week.
Terrible customer service. They overcharge for service. Believe the bad reviews and not the 4 or 5 star
