I’m very upset and confused. This is my very first apartment and at first the bill wasn’t high $200 the most at time which was understandable cause I knew exactly what I was doing during those time period. I have received an email stating that the utility bills will have a percentage of a spike. I didn’t know that the spike will go up to $500-$600. Fraudulent company, I rarely use anything in my apartment and my bills are constantly $150+ a month. They are impossible to get a hold of. I used to live in a 3 bedroom apartment in Harlem and my electricity bill was nowhere near what these exorbitant amounts are with QuadLogic for a one bedroom.

This must be a fraud company, charging me $200 per month for a 400sqt apartment during 2024, but during 2021-2023, the average bill is only $60. In 2021 JUNE to AUGUST, I left the apartment for vacation and did not use anything, the bill is $130 per month. Insane, Scam!!!

Really confused about this company, I agree with all the other reviews that whatever they are doing when it comes to billing is fraudulent. I basically used a little over than last month and my bill increased $71. They charged me in about $22 of extra fees. I live alone and I’m pretty sure my place isisnt even 1,000sq ft. I spoke with someone & all they did was reiterate my bill.

This company has been fraudulently over-billing for years. Their "sub meters" are crap. I live in a 430 square foot apt in a new building in Williamsburg. I've consistently paid $150-240 in electricity. It doesn't matter that I only run the a/c at night or if I'm out of town for 2 weeks. My neighbor pays $500-700 a month for the pleasure of running a/c 24/7. I pay more in electricity than any of my friends (who live in Manhattan and Brooklyn).
