The only reason I am giving 5-stars is because Éric Latourelle was super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive during the very stressful process. Thank you so much, Éric! :) As for Quadecor, I had an issue with the tiles being completely different from the one I ordered. They did make it right and reimbursed me.
We had the best experience at Quadécor. The selection is incredible, you can find any style within your price point. The staff is so knowledgeable and gave us the perfect selection for our new flooring. We can't wait to have it installed and let you know how it turned out. I recommend you to visit them for all your renovations and design projects
J'ai eu un super service de M. Martin Chénier pour le choix de mes plancher pour ma nouvelle construction. Il était très à l'écoute et extrêmement patient! Il a passé beaucoup d'heures avec moi à tout m'expliquer en détail mes différentes options et me suggerer les meilleurs sélections possible pour mon projet, selon ce que j'avais déjà en tête. Son service a été impecable du début à la fin! Je recommande fortement cet endroit et le service de M. Chénier.
