I came before my appointment time and the morning crew the 7:00AM took me in and unloaded my truck with in 15 minutes not a bad place to go. As for pick up it is on the other side if you don’t watch out you will leave overweight and they take their sweet time they went from face to face interaction to a tablet to check in, also the place sucks if they have more than 1 truck in the staging area trust me we will be here for more than 2 hours easily come prepared for everything never know
