June 21 2026 11:30 AM arrival- 1215 departure. Freight Pickup experience Friendly staff, go to your right , park where you can, check in . They assigned me a door , had me loaded less than half an hour , not sure what the fuss is about but this was a smooth experience today. Thank you guys for your business. I’d come back again.
The WORST place to ever pickup. Appointment was at 3 PM STILL HERE TO 9PM. they keep saying 30 minutes for the past 2 hrs and still the load not ready.
This is a terrible company for pickups. I checked in at 10:00 AM the day before for a 12:00 PM appointment. They told me it would be ready by 8:00 AM the next morning, which I thought was excellent. However, when I arrived at 8:00 AM, they told me it wasn't ready because my appointment was actually for noon. I said, "Okay, you're right," and returned at noon—only for them to tell me it *still* wasn't ready and that I would have to wait longer, possibly until 1:00 PM. At that point, I just cancelled the order.
