I was looking for a specific set of levers that seemed sold out everywhere until I found the Quad Expert website. At first I was nervous it might not be legit but it turned out to be one of my favourite online store yet! Excellent customer service and quick replies to every question. A huge thank you to Reuben who has been with me throughout my purchasing needs and inquires. Will do business again I'm sure!
Tried to get ahold of them 4 times to purchase a quad. Was spoken to rudely. Hung up on three times. And absolutely not taken seriously at all. This is definitely one company I would not recommend purchasing anything from.
July 2025 I’d like to add to my original review. This is our 3rd summer with our pontoon and we are loving it more every year. Now that our grandbabies can walk, it’s so fun to see them enjoy the boat. We also rented a cottage and brought them tubing with our kids and they had so much fun. If you’re thinking about buying a pontoon, do it! It’s where we have breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoy the space, the safety and the pure open-air feeling. I’m glad I chose Quad Expert to purchase my very first fishing boat, a 14 foot big fisherman by smoker craft with a 30hp Yamaha. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once my boat was ready for pick up, they took the time to do a walk around the boat with me and answered all my questions. After leaving the dealership I felt confident and ready to go on the water.
