After a weekend of flooding, I had a serious electrical issue. A wire connected to my furnace had been damaged by water, sparked, and started smoking, leaving me with no heat and a very stressful and dangerous situation. I needed someone to do the electrical hook up on my radon fan. I reached out to Quad Electrical Services and Jesse responded to me quickly and set everything up. They did a great job and were very professional! I would use Quad Electrical Services in the future if you are looking to have any electrical work done!
They did an excellent job upgrading our common area hallway lights to LED fixtures, Also our parking lot lights. All of our tenants at New Towne Plaza are ecstatic about the new lighting. It has refreshed the look of our building and feels cleaner and safer!!!
When I called Quad Electrical services, he actually picked up the phone and took my information and came to my house within an hour. He gave me some options for what I was wanting done, and we came up with a plan. I got lucky and he was able to do the work the very next day. Jesse is very friendly and professional and so was the worker that showed up. I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and I’ve never had someone respond as quickly as Jesse did.
