I had a bizarre experience here. One of my molars was in pain, I thought the filling needed to be repaired. The dentist who treated me isn't pictured on the website, her name is Dr. Duo Wang. She confirmed the filling had worn down but was talking me out of repairing it. It was hard to communicate with her, we had an awkward conversation for 10 minutes. I'm giving them 1 star just because they seem they are not interested in having more client or maybe giving a nice first experience to new client. i reached out by email to them about a specific procedure, they did reply by email on time and providing an estimate which is great. I was booked for a shift here. I arrived early and called the office to ask where the onsite parking was located (as indicated in their TempStar’s ad). The receptionist told be there is none due to construction 🚩. I then let her know if I cannot find parking I cannot complete this shift, she said okay she will let the DDS know. I drove around for 15mins then notified them & TempStar’s I cannot complete the shift because had I known there was no onsite parking I wouldn’t have taken the shift.
