Johnson is an excellent vet and I trust him with my animals. Very helpful and give good advise. His receptionist is another matter. Goes out of her way to make you feel stupid for not having done something for you animal. She determines the prices on many things and it is gouging. She has driven off so much business it's sad!

After doc means retired I was switching to a new vet. I started going here because it was close to home. I was told by several people that the receptionist was rude. I thought doc means was a bit rude but he was a great vet so I continued to go. This woman is the most unprofessional person I ever met. You would think after her running so much business away that they would find a new person to greet their customers. I will never go back here again

The receptionist is very rude and uncaring. Acts like she could less if you're there or not; she makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her. Dr Johnson is nice but it's sometimes difficult to get in to see him and they don't do small animal emergency services anymore -- the recorder refers you to Blue Pearl in Lee's Summit. This was a fine place before the current receptionist started working there. Others we know have the same opinion about her -- she runs off business!

Save your money, time and frustration and go elsewhere! The middle-aged receptionist is extremely rude and Dr. Johnson doesn't seem to care at all. After calling another vet in the area, I was informed without telling them about my situation that a lot of other people had switched from Quad-County in Windsor to them because of, "situations with their receptionist." It's such a shame that he would choose her be the first impression of his place of business. Moreso, it's such a shame that a lady in her 40's (if not 50's) hasn'... read more
