their communication is aweful. My mom called 1 day they claimed they had time and would be out around 2pm. Yea 2pm came and left, 3 came and left, 4 came and left our plans had to change just to wait for a tech that clearly wasn't coming out. And not a single phone call from them saying they weren't going to make it out that day. Next day came no phone call first thing in the morning about not showing up the day before.
