DO NOT COME HERE. I came here for a simple molar extraction, which I knew was going to be painful, the doctor said he called in prescriptions before I left the office . I went to the pharmacy 45 minutes later and they said nothing was sent. I call and call for literal HOURS and nobody from the office picked up. I had to go into the office and confront the workers as to why they haven’t called in my script for 6 HOURS AT THIS POINT. And she looks absolutely clueless. I had a good experience with everyone aside from the snooty front desk lady who acts like it’s a problem to have questions asked or even check in. Once I got back to the room for the procedure the Dr and nurses were very understanding and reassuring. Would definitely recommend them.
Got my wisdom teeth out. Talk about arrogant staff wanted to control and manipulate me yelled at me. just cause I raised my voice a bit when they shot me with the needle I told them I hate needles. no empathy at all. When needle was the worse part. Just jab me. Other then that the follow up they acted like they didn’t even wanna help me.
Have had nothing but problems since having a wisdom tooth extracted. Returned with my concerns and reopened the incision, scraped the bone and it isn't any better. When I asked what the next step would be if this didn't fix the problem, was told "let's not make this a bigger deal than it is". Extremely rude arrogant and condescending. Treated his nursing staff horribly.
Amazing staff, I'd go here again for any dental work. First tooth I've had pulled where I was actually correctly numbed.
