Where to begin? Contractors who cut corners and don't follow engineered building plans don't rate highly in my book. Martin and his subs built the shell of a shop, covered carport & ADU building for me in 2023, and I finished the interior. I've built a few things and am a sustainable homes professional with Earth Advantage, so I know a thing or two about building but didn't have time to GC this project. Martin and his crew did a great job of reinstalling heavy iron railings on our upper deck and porch. Everyone did a fabulous job, starting with the design of the ramp, and all the way through crafting lovely cap rails - very well done! It was also a pleasure interacting with the crew - nice guys!

Working with Martin and his crew was enjoyable and very low stress. They were able to stay on schedule, on budget, and on scope, while ensuring a quality finished product. We hired them to frame our roof. They said they would get it done before Thanksgiving, and that's exactly what they did.
