Quad Cites Strongman is such a great establishment. They host amazing Strongman events that are so much fun! My kids and I love getting to see my husband compete again other men and women from the area in the Strongman events. The environment is so supportive and fun! Can’t wait for the next event! My husband loves the gym itself as well. He gets to meet others who compete in competitions all over the place and everyone there is happy to help him learn proper form and how to do various lifts.
