Love this gym! You won’t find a better or CLEANER place to hit your fitness goals. Also the 24 hr access is awesome! I never have to check the hours to see if they are open or have to wait for class times to go. Check it out, you will love it.
I cannot recommend Quad City Performance highly enough. Every member of their team is knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. They have a clear passion for what they do and demonstrate expertise in their craft. I am seeing exceptional results with their guidance. They have made me feel welcome and comfortable from day 1. If you’re looking for a comprehensive approach to fitness and wellness QCP is the place for you!
Quad city performance is a clean welcoming gym. They have a variety of equipment and have very knowledgeable staff. They start you in a path that is right for you. I love being a part of this gym and working with all of them. I am not super physically fit but don’t feel judged. I do feel encouraged to do better.
Extremely clean gym with a personal training team that goes above and beyond. Everyone knows your name and welcomes you when you get to the gym. Accountability sessions allow you to discuss diet and your weekly InBody scan to measure progress and stay on track. They have excellent suggestions for supplements and care about your overall health inside and outside of the gym. I can’t recommend them enough.
