Our blind that covers two bedroom windows fell from its brackets and damaged the plastic end cover. Blind is probably 15 years old, maybe more. Thought it was toast. Sent a photo of the broken piece to the company, expecting little. Local office contacted me to say they had the piece, which they would deliver. I picked it up, expecting a bill.
