Unsatisfactory to say the least ! I was making a cash deposit into the ATM at the moline branch, Half way through it stopped working, gave an error message then kept my money and did not show a deposit into my account . I called, they said come into the bank so I did . The manager said someone, sometime would be out to check the ATM . That they are not responsible for the ATM , so this is my fault I guess !! How is this fair !!! How do they have no answers and take no responsibility!!!! Then I’m waiting for a follow up phone... read more
Will never return your calls. I’ve had a pending charge on my account for almost 6 weeks and there has been zero help in resolving this issue. It’s always someone else’s fault. Will never recommend. Leaving this place as soon as possible.
Becky from Moline branch needs to be fired already. She should not be gossiping peoples negative accounts or personal purchases to other clients bc "it's funny."
