Best in the business. And nicest people ever who are also highly skilled and knowledgeable. I've been a long-time customer and had nothing but amazing experiences: Never had any problem or difficulty here. Always caring, kind, and honest people. Very fast, efficient, and and diligent across the board. Nobody ever tries to sell or pressure you into anything unlike a lot of other banks. I mean what I say too: Highly recommend!
By far the finest bank with the best and nicest customer service that l've ever had. l've been a long time customer and couldn't be happier. And locally owned. Very good loan and credit terms here too. 11/10 and 6/5 stars.
I can't tell you how many times I've been rejected from using my own bank balance because of their fraud security. You can confirm it's not fraud over text but the payment still won't go through. The only thing is if you don't confirm it's not fraud they will lock your account and you have to call to unlock. There is no place to find your account number so you have to call and speak to someone to set up anything that requires your account number for auto pay. I was hoping I could use the 24-hour banking but it asks for a tel... read more

Unsatisfactory to say the least ! I was making a cash deposit into the ATM at the moline branch, Half way through it stopped working, gave an error message then kept my money and did not show a deposit into my account . I called, they said come into the bank so I did . The manager said someone, sometime would be out to check the ATM . That they are not responsible for the ATM , so this is my fault I guess !! How is this fair !!! How do they have no answers and take no responsibility!!!! Then I’m waiting for a follow up phone... read more
