While running errands today I stopped by the QC Bank on N Division to make a small cash withdrawal. I sent the form with my ID into the drive thru tube to a very nice young female teller awaiting my direction. She couldn't have been nicer when she informed me a couple of minutes later that I was at the WRONG bank!! I was so embarrassed but she couldn't have been nicer!
