QC Trees & Gutters did a great job removing our large tree! I would gladly recommend them to others who need help with their tree removals.

I had an appointment with them and they never showed up, nor did they call. I tried calling them, but their voicemail was full (all day) and they did not answer text messages. We wasted an entire day waiting for them. EDITED TO ADD - thank you for finally replying, and we understand that things happen. But as a retired/disabled couple, we were really needing the gutters done and would have loved it if you told us straight up that you were unable to commit to the appointment.

Said they'd do the work but since I'm outside the QC proper they'd charge an extra $50. I agreed to this since it's a pain getting home services in Geneseo and they'd have to travel a bit. It made sense. They didn't show when I expected them. I texted the next day with no response. The day following I called and left a voicemail also with no response. It's now 5 days later and I've neither seen nor heard from them. Ghosted.
