My son currently goes to the one in muscle Shoals. I have joint custody with his mother. I go in and ask for a copy of his medication and they refuse. They have violated my rights Miss Amy there is the worst. I will be doing everything I can to get my son out of that evil place. I would not take an animal there. They low kids up on medication that they don’t need just to get some money from insurance companies.
Updating our review - Solely because my kiddos & myself love & respect Bumper for all of his help ! My girls love him - He takes time with each of his patients .. We wish he was able to offer therapy !!
I don’t think it is tasteful to tell a parent that you “don’t know when you can get back with them to make the appointment” - Considering we are not “new” patients.. Last visit lead to an ADHD diagnosis here (which is fine) I liked Bumper BUT not sure on this new lady (she gets a thumbs down for now) I’ll gladly change my opinion if we can do something to fix the current issue & maybe her etiquette over the phone as well
Dr Shawn Seal prescribed an ADHD medication for a FOUR year old that did not need it nor did he question the family history that would disallow her to be on said medication period.VERY bad form!
God answered our prayers when we found out about this place for our grandson who has autism, Adhd and ODD! Dr. Shawn was the best ever! The staff was also super nice and accommodating! I strongly recommend Quad Cities Pediatrics Behavioral Health Center to anyone that needs these services!
