This has to be the worst apartment ever. It was moldy, broken sliding door that was never fixed in a year, window leaks and the apartment flooded TWICE! But the rent was always paid on time. A 45 day notice was given, during the pandemic, and the students had to pay for 15 days $770 because they did not give 2 months notice. And their monthly rental was $1090. RecommendedThe staff and everyone here is great. It’s a safe place to live. I’ve been here for three years now and love it.
Apartment management were too concerned sending out emails about towing vehicles so that roofing work could be done. But no warning about being careful walking out your apartment that they would throw shingles on your head and you would step on roofing racks. My daughters door is somewhere in that mess. I’m sure management didn’t put that notice in her door about renewing lease in all that either.
Great community, really helpful staff. Enjoyed my time there as a student at UNCW
