I'm very satisfied with this company. They arrived when scheduled and took care of my basement leak in very short order. Heather was very pleasant when scheduling and Mason did an excellent job of repair. We had a torrential downpour less than 2 days after the repair and had no leaks whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a leak in my basement wall- Heather in the office was personable and worked with my schedule. Jason who did the repairs was polite, the price was right on and I felt like they valued me as a customer which is a commetity anymore. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had a similar negative experience to one of the other customer reviews; I was given a lifetime warranty paperwork from the previous owner I bought the house from on this company's waterproofing installation. This company would not return my calls and would only tell me that it was a problem that wasn't their responsibility,in spite of the fact that their installation dumps volumes of mud in the sump pit to the point where sump pumps are destroyed. I have used Quackers for a few basement repairs - a wall stabilization, water proofing with epoxy injections, and installing drain tile and a sump pit. Our basement has been solid and dry for over 8 years now (1/2017). They are good people and stand behind their work (lifetime transferrable warranty proves that). I also really appreciate that they do not try to invoke fear and over-sell you something that you don't need.
