My Apple Watch Series 3 Hermes was having issues sending texts while away from my iPhone. I needed to replace the battery; it was apparent from the lightning bolt I was getting after sending messages and them failing. I went into QUACK QUACK, and within two to three hours my watch had a new battery and was ready for pick-up. I had been other places before for my iPhone and the turn around and attention to my needs was unmatched at QUACK QUACK. I highly recommend and I'll be back when needed. BRAVO!!!!
Frank was "Awesome"! I've been going to him for awhile. I would recommend Frank to anyone that's having a problem with cell phone or laptop. I'm sure there are other issues he might be able to repair. If not, Frank has always let me know, one way or the other, whether he's able to repair the item or not; or, if it's worth the cost of having it repaired. I've not been disappointed as of yet. Very satisfied!

**BUYER BEWARE** Quack Quack Phone Repair serviced my Apply iPhone 11 due to no response when touching the screen. A new screen was installed and the touch worked. I got home and Face ID would no longer work. I called and was told to bring it in. After leaving it for several hours I get a call saying the phone is not repairable and it is not their fault because "face id couldn't be checked prior to the repair". I am now out of $200 and stuck with a broken phone.
These guys are great. Fast PROFESSIONAL repairs, fair pricing, and great customer service and attitude all around. I will definitely be using these guys in the future for any repair needs.
