First of all he forgot about me until I reminded him about picking up the lawnmower! HE needs a secretary maybe! Terrible customer service had the lawnmower for a month didn't completely fix it after he told me it needed something else he didn't wanna be bothered. I guess because he doesn't like to answer questions that people have of how much it's going to cost says he's too busy.
