The user experience and user interface for running payroll is pathetic. Very hard to work with - like it was programmed in the 80s and never updated. I finally gave up when I tried to run payroll around Christmas time and the “holiday schedule notification” popped up every time I clicked a button and made me dismiss it (17 times in 3 minutes trying to process payroll for 2 employees) UPDATE: after seeing this review the CEO reached out to me - not to apologize for my bad experience, but to chide me for leaving a 1 star revie... read more
