The staff really needs to work on their customers service skills. The doctors were very nice and professional. We had to wait over 45 minutes just for an x-ray. Let’s do better!
This place is a real shame! The front desk staff was courteous and that is where it ends. The restroom had a broken toilet so everyone kept using it and no one could flush. The tv in the waiting room has rabbit ears and was playing soap operas on an in and out basis. The nurse could not be more rude and discourteous until the doctor arrived. 3 minutes is not fair for an exam.
