Dr. Hari Kuncha was probably one of the least welcoming Docs I’ve ever had. He somehow managed to write down I had no TBI related symptoms when I clearly stated multiple: sensitivity to light, headaches, brain fog and more. Will 100% be requesting a reexamination through the VA. Also he was able to determine I had no symptoms based off of him asking me to remember 5 of the maybe 7 objects in his office then repeat them 5 minutes later. I was being seen for my VA claims and found everyone was welcoming, helpful and reassuring. When checking in, Louisa was very pleasant and helpful as well as great at helping me understand each step in the process.
What a great experience with all true professionals in the Ft.Bragg Office. My appointment was 08:00 on April 15, 2024 and when I got there I was really hurting and feeling bad. They opened on time And the receptionist made my day with a cheerful greeting.?My examiner (Mr. Charles Smith ) was fantastic , knowledgeable, and a true professional . Overall a great experience this far. They process SO MANY Soldiers thru their offices and work hard to do their best and remain professional and courteous.
I had a very pleasant and pleasing experience with QTC Medical Group Fort Bragg NC. Everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable about their duties.
