Reasonably priced. Reliable. Pleasant demeanor. Variety of skills: concrete repair, heater cover replacement, caulking (interior and exterior), ceiling repair, pull-down ladder repair, woodworking. He is my go-to guy now.
We recently (April 2024) had our bathrooms redone. A relative living close by had hired Quantel to do his bathroom, and we were very impressed by the results, so we hired him, and we are so glad we did! He is very meticulous and excellent at quickly overcoming the challenges that a contractor faces from day to day -- unexpected things (for instance: studs being too far apart to hang heavy medicine cabinets and crooked walls that made tiling quite a challenge). Last month my wife and I arrived home to discover a small hole in our bedroom ceiling chewed by yellow jackets.
