Waited 1.5 hours for a pedicure, said it would be any moment. Finally came water was so hot, couldn't even get my feet in. Let the lady know it was too hot. Kept telling her 3x and she just would look the other way annoyed. She then just wanted to do my pedicure without my feet in the water. The whole point of getting a relaxing pedicure is to have your feet soak in the water. Especially after paying $85 for a pedicure without tax and tip. Declined the pedicure at this point. Such amazing attention to detail every single time. They’re so patient and really listen to what you want. My gel nails always last weeks without chips. Truly one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had!

This nail tech was so rude. After telling her 3x the water was too hot. Her turn her head and smile trying not from laughing to try and just continue on. What a disgrace. As a company who offers personal customer service and want tips you would think personality would be on point. I declined to continue with my pedicure at the point she wanted me to continue a pedicure with no water. For a pedicure that's $85 without a tip no think you! I'll take my money elsewhere!

Absolutely worth every penny! The service, the attention to detail, and the relaxing vibe made this my best nail experience ever. I can’t stop admiring my nails!
