Ist time back (3/3/25) since they made the shop much smaller. I was appalled at the change of customer service and quality. I felt very rushed, not very welcoming, not offered to wash my hands afterwards, and shocked that the only way to pay was to transfer via online to the staff members' "personal bank account".. When my nails hit daylight they looked speckled with nail dust all throughout, over fall of top coat and sharp as hell, painfully scratched my face. I don't live local so I couldnt got back. Never again!

Very Disappointed and don’t recommend this place to anyone, I went to get a pedicure and manicure done, they only did one coat of nail polish after the treatment they do and after everything was finished they said eftpos was not working only cash, there was no sign saying this so I had to go and withdraw the $85

DONT GO HERE. My friend and I went originally both told $80 for an infill and French tip and $55 for removal and gel put on her actual nails. There is NO SIGNS to indicate it is CASH ONLY and if you don’t have cash they hand you a sticky note with this ladies bank details and you have to text her actual number proof of payment which is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Rushed....2 people working 5 woman getting their nails done. Very average job. Gel pedicure 60 dollars not worth it.

Went in for the first time over the weekend. The girls got me straight in, very friendly, very precise but also efficient. Very relaxing environment, I enjoyed coming here.
