Went to Q2 Nails with my family, including my 5 year old niece, for pedicures for the second time today. The staff are friendly and attentive - super detailed orientated. They paid special attention to my tiny niece - we love the spa and will be back!
The overall experience was good which is why I gave it 4 stars. Very clean and friendly staff. Great attention was paid to my overly calloused feet and they do feel great! My main complaint is that the shaping of my toe nails could have been better, I do understand they can't always be perfect. The other issue I had was my nails were not quite dry so they smudged a little over an hour later; even after the long drying process. I noticed QT Nail Salon has many great reviews, which is partly why I was hopeful going in. Maybe others had better luck or different expectations—but I can only speak to my own experience, which unfortunately didn’t live up to the “spa” label or the price. I’ve been going here for a while and never had any issues — until my last visit in June. I went in for a regular pedicure with nail polish, which has always been $35 (as clearly stated on their price list). However, this time I was suddenly charged $37. When I questioned the price, I was told the massage and bath salts aren’t usually included — something that was never mentioned before and is typically standard at most other salons.
